Returns & Changes Policy

CHANGES

If the product you bought is not the right number for you or does not correspond to what you want, you can change it within 14 working days of receiving your order. In order for the change to take place, the garment must not have been worn, it must not have been washed, its smell must not have changed and the tabs must not have been removed. The change requires, after informing us by phone or email, to return your parcel to us within 14 working days from the day you received it, it is necessary to have in the parcel the delivery note - proof of retail sale. As soon as we receive the package you sent us, we will immediately resend the new product you want with change costs 3€.

RIGHTS FOR RETURN & WITHDRAWAL

In case you wish for any of the below mentioned reasons to return the product and for your best convenience, please contact the Customer Care Center by calling at 22730 88297 every day from 09:00 to 14:00, or by email to info@mybeezshoes.gr.

In order for the return to be valid: 1. The product to be returned must be in the state it was received, i.e. it must be complete, undamaged, it may not have been used, its packaging must be the packaging that normally accompanies the product, including all labels, requisite supporting documents, instructions etc. 2. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (sales receipt, bill of lading etc.). 

If the above conditions are not met, the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

Return of products should be carried out:

i. In any case, due to the Company mistake (e.g. error in ordering, at shipping, etc.) the shipped products are not those you had ordered and you received them in good faith. The non-ordered items must be returned to the Company within five (5) days from their receipt, otherwise the Company shall not be obliged to re-execute the initial order.

ii. In case of delivery of a defective product, then you may request for its replacement with another or refund. Since the return/replacement is due to proven defects of the product, the shipping costs for the new product or the refund costs will be borne by the Company. Please note that the Company shall be liable for compensation should the product lack the attributes specifically agreed upon or if there is a substantial defect, provided that this has been caused by Company's fault as specified in the clauses 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code.  

iii. Should you wish to change the product with another one. Within 60 days from the receipt of the product, you have the right to change the received product with another one of the same value you have already paid or by paying an additional sum if you wish so. Please note that any damage caused to the product while being returned to us, will be exclusively born by you. Furthermore, it is not possible for change in the product categories referred below under paragraph iv for which neither apply the right of withdrawal.   

iv. Should you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal from the transaction.

You have the right to return the product without any reason and request that you be refunded the sum you paid within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product under the Law 2251/1994. As reception is considered the day that you or a third person you had indicated acquired the physical products. If you purchased several products within the same order and have been delivered separately, delivery date is considered the day you received the last product.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by submitting the corresponding withdrawal form that you find here or other document of relevant content and could be submitted online at: info@mybeezshoes.gr. After having sent the corresponding document, the Company will notify you via email for the receipt of the withdrawal statement. 

By exercising the withdrawal right, you are obliged to return the product to us at the specific address: Ippokrati Zaimi str., Karlovasi,  Samos Island, Postal Code 83200, in the perfect state delivered to you and within the same time period we are required to refund to you any amount you have paid for the purchase (value of returned product and shipping costs of the initial dispatch) using the same payment method you chosen for the execution of your initial purchase.

We may withhold reimbursement of the amounts you have paid to us until we receive the product to be returned or you provide us clear and not debatable evidence that you have sent if safely (whichever occurs first).

The shipping costs of the returned product are not covered by the Company and are exclusively borne by the customer. For your faster service, we propose you return the product via Speedex, since we collaborate with this courier company.

Please note that you are not entitled for withdrawal in the cases of clause 3ΙΒ of the Law 2251/1994 and in any other event that is provided by the law or the current agreement according to the law. In particular, under the current agreement you have no right of withdrawal for the following product categories:
-Underwear.
-Customized items/items made according to your personal requirements.
-Cosmetics
-Special price products

*CAUTION! Please do not receive parcels that appear to be damaged, ie open, broken, etc. In such cases, contact us immediately. If you receive the parcel while it has been damaged, you will have to ask for compensation from the Courier. For any clarification and in any other case, contact us immediately, in order to find the best possible solution. Customer satisfaction is our first concern.
